Ingredients:
3/4 cup frozen pitted cherries (see tips)
200mls milk of your choice (soy, coconut, light)
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder
1 tsp flaxseed meal
1 cup kale, washed & chopped
1 cup ice cubes
Step 1: Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and creamy.
Step 2: Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy.
Tips:
• To really bring out the flavour of cherry, add 1/4 teaspoon of pure almond extract.
• You can buy frozen pitted cherries from the supermarket or stock up during cherry season and pit them yourself.
