2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
500g beef mince
1 tablespoon plain flour
2 tablespoons tomato puree
1 cup beef stock
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Grated carrot or other veg
STEP 1: Heat olive oil in saucepan and cook onion & garlic until onion softened
STEP 2: Add mince and cook until brown.
STEP 3: Add beef stock, Worcestershire sauce, flour & tomato puree. Stir to combine.
STEP 4: Add grated vegetables & peas and season with salt & pepper.
STEP 5: Cover & bring to the boil.
STEP 6: Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until veg are tender.
