Ingredients:

6 skinless chicken breast fillets
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 garlic clove, fineley chopped
1 litre chicken stock
rock salt & cracked pepper

Step 1:  place chicken into the slow-cooker. whisk together stock, garlic, turmeric and salt & pepper, and pour over chicken ensuring it is fully covered.

Step 2: cover and cook on high for 4+ hours or until the chicken easily shreds/pulls part using a fork.

Step 3: when cooked, remove chicken from slow-cooker using a slotted spoon. transfer chicken into a large bowl or container and use 2 forks to shred the chicken.

TIP: you may need to add a cup or two of water to completely cover the chicken with liquid.
